I had no idea who to take my fiber optic tree base to. I found Mod by googling electrical fixtures and lamp repair. I knew it wasn’t an easy fix. I watched many tutorials online about simple and common issues so I could troubleshoot myself. They were able to figure it out and get it running like new. I was gifted the tree by my dad a few years ago when he had to leave his home. I’ve used it as part of my annual decorations until I unpacked it this past Christmas and it had stopped working. It’s not a fancy piece but it meant everything to me because I lost my dad a couple months prior. I’m forever grateful. I hope I can pass down Mod electric to my children along with the tree❤️
